Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you contact, hire, request an estimate from, or receive services from Exclusive Epoxy & Concrete.

Services

Exclusive Epoxy & Concrete provides epoxy flooring, metallic epoxy systems, flake garage floors, concrete services, resurfacing, countertops, and related custom flooring and concrete services.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are based on the information available at the time of review. Final pricing may change if project conditions, measurements, surface conditions, material needs, or scope of work change.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to schedule and secure a project date. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable once scheduling is confirmed or materials are ordered.

Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scheduling

Project dates are scheduled based on availability, material delivery, weather conditions, and job site readiness. Exterior concrete work may be delayed due to weather or site conditions.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for clearing the work area before the project begins, including vehicles, personal items, furniture, appliances, and other obstructions unless otherwise agreed.

Surface Conditions

Existing concrete, wood, tile, coatings, moisture, cracks, uneven areas, contamination, or hidden conditions may affect the final result and may require additional preparation or repair.

Metallic Epoxy Disclaimer

Metallic epoxy floors are custom and artistic in nature. Variations in color, pattern, movement, and finish are normal and expected. No two floors will look exactly the same. Samples and photos are for general reference only and do not guarantee identical results.

Limitation of Liability

Exclusive Epoxy & Concrete is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, cracks, moisture problems, or conditions beyond our control that may affect the outcome or longevity of the installation.
